I came across the idea of honeycomb wall shelves on Etsy and thought these shelves would be a fun decor piece in addition to their organizational functionality. Initially I was going to just buy these shelves, but of course Ales had to do his math as always, for his Buy or Make game.

We decided to buy pine wood from Lowe's and make the shelves ourselves. It was super easy. It took Ales a couple days to put these shelves together. Each side is 10" long and 6" wide. See below pictures for step-by-step process of making such a fun piece of furniture/decor.
