First time ever in Malaysia. I am here as part of a work trip sourcing for wood and upholstered furniture. Wish I had a little more time to explore. We landed in Kuala Lumpur, then drove about 2 hours to Malacca, located on the west coast of the Malay Peninsula. We stayed at a hotel there and spent a couple days working with furniture makers in Muar. The town of Malacca is known for its rich history and cultural heritage, and it has been designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Definitely would love to come back and spend more time in Malaysia one day!
