When we started working on decorating the covered patio, I decided we were going for a tropical theme, simply because that reminds me of my childhood growing up in the tropical South East Asia. Palm trees, coconut trees, banana leaves. Nothing goes better with a tropical theme than the papasans from Pier 1 so when they were on sale we immediately went to the store to make our happy purchase. Banana plants and palm trees are from Home Depot & Lowe's and our outdoor solar LED string lights are from Amazon. I am also thinking of landscaping a few spaces in the garden in a tropical theme. A new project for next year!
